1. Track Equipment
Where’s my equipment?
Tags are used to keep track of the right location when equipment goes from toolbox to construction site, from warehouse to lab or simply from room to room. Asset tags should always stay with the object.
2. Stock management
Which objects do we have in the house?
Asset tags are the most important tools if you want to perform periodic checks on your equipment list.
3. Prevent loss or theft as much as possible

4. MRO (maintenance-repair-operations) information
Which maintenance needs to be done?
The scanning of a barcode can quickly enable the user to view an overview of errors, repair instructions or maintenance schedules.
Provide your asset with a QR code
Practical situation:
Service technicians and engineers would like to have a quick insight into the maintenance data of the installation in case of malfunctions and maintenance.
Consequence:
Manually searching and typing data takes time and can lead to errors.
Solution:
Print a unique QR barcode on your asset label so that the engineer can scan it with a laptop or tablet and make a direct online connection with the maintenance software. These barcodes can, of course, also be printed as separate asset labels so that, for example, during maintenance stops, all machine and installation parts can be viewed quickly. The surface on which you apply the labels can be very diverse and these critical labels must remain in place under difficult conditions. We therefore recommend using our Hightack tapes with extreme adhesive strength.
Recommended material: HT700 Hightack Vinyl or PT700 Hightack Glossy Polyester with extreme adhesion.

With the flange label you can easily access the flange maintenance process at any time. To temporarily close off a pipe that is provided with flanges completely, use is made of plug-in flanges, the so-called plugging off. This makes it possible to carry out (maintenance) work in a safe way.
With the help of the flange label tear-off parts you register every step in the process. The flange labels are available in various color combinations and can be torn off with each color to indicate a particular stage of maintenance or repair.
The colour tag can be completely personalised with logos, texts, icons and barcodes. This reduces the chance of errors and saves you time and money in the work.
